Story | Douglass son of Albert Edward Mole and Violet Mole married to Lilian Mole was a Wireless Operator on a Halifax type III bomber.Douglass was killed in action of the outward leg of a bombing raid on Duisberg. On the 18th December 1944, No 10 Squadron was flying over Rocroi in the Ardenes France, when they collided with another Halifax from 432 Squadron all on board were lost.
